PAYMENT POLICY
We are taking card details to hold your booking. You will not be charged unless the cancellation/no show policy is triggered. In salon purchases can be made via stored card details and all other methods of payment.
CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY SUMMARY
•We will take your card details to secure your booking (one time only)
• We will store your details securely and in accordance with GDPR
• You can cancel or reschedule at any time up to 24 hours before your appointment
• Changes to your appointment is subject to availability
• If you cancel within 24 hours a 50% cancellation fee will be automatically charged
• If you do not turn up to your appointment you will be charged in full automatically
• No money will be taken unless the 24 hour policy has been triggered
• Your payments will be taken as normal during your visit
• Late arrivals may need to adjust their appointment to a dry style if another appointment follows
