BLOW GARDEN POLICIES
CANCELLATION POLICY
Blow Garden require 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment.
If you cancel within the 24 hours you will be invoiced a 50% charge of your appointment.
Until this 50% charge is paid Blow Garden will not be able to book you in for any future services.
Changes to your appointment is subject to availability.
If you cancel 3 or more times within 24 hours of your appointment, we will require payment upfront to secure future appointments.
DEPOSIT POLICY
Blow Garden require a 50% deposit to secure Make Up and Package appointments.
This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
Deposits can be paid: in salon, via PayPal or by card over the phone no more than 48 hours after booking your appointment.
If we have not received your deposit within 48 hours, Blow Garden reserve the right to release your appointment to be rebooked by someone else.
